1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the time they are placed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is processed and ready to be shipped.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

  • We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days (depending on location), while expedited shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.

  • Delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen.

  • Due to the nature of dropshipping and multi-warehouse fulfillment your selected shipping method may not be possible.

  • Selecting a faster shipping method will not affect product lead times or processing times, however your selected shipping method will be used once your order is ready to ship.

3. Dropshipping Policy

  • In some cases, we may use a dropshipping model to fulfill your order. This means that your products may be shipped directly from our suppliers or third-party partners to get your order to you as fast as possible.

  • When dropshipping is used, you may receive multiple shipments if your order includes items from different suppliers. Each shipment will come with its own tracking number.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, shipping destination, and the shipping method selected. 

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment online. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please contact our customer service team.

6. International Shipping

  • We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping costs and delivery times for international orders will vary based on your location. Please note that customs fees and import duties are the responsibility of the recipient.

7. Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • Fees and additional shipping charges as a result of a bad or incorrect address will be the responsibility of the customer. Please double check your shipping address at checkout.

8. Shipping Issues

  • If you experience any issues with your shipment, such as missing or damaged items, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

  • If your shipment has not arrived but has been shipped, please contact the shipping provider regarding the whereabouts of the shipment.
