Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we want to provide you with flexibility regarding your orders. Please review our cancellation policy below:

Cancellation Window: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, we may not be able to process your cancellation request.

How to Cancel:

  • To cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service team at info@kruesioriginals.com.
  • Be sure to include your order number and relevant details when making your cancellation request.

Refunds:

  • If your cancellation request is received within the 24-hour window, we will process a full refund to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your cancellation request.
  • If an order cancellation is determined to be eligible outside of the 24-hour window, a 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund.

Exceptions: Orders that include personalized or custom-made items, items we do not manufacture, digital downloads, or perishable goods may be excluded from the cancellation policy.

Fees: There are no cancellation fees if you cancel within the specified 24-hour window. However, if an order is canceled after this period or if the item is already in the shipping process, cancellation may not be possible and a 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. The customer will also be responsible for any shipping charges.
