The Feuling HP+ Conversion Cam Chest Kit is a complete hydraulic chain tensioner conversion and cam chest upgrade for 1999-2006 Harley-Davidson Twin Cam engines, excluding 2006 Dyna models. Designed to replace the original mechanical-style cam chain tensioner system with the later hydraulic-style setup, this comprehensive kit combines Feuling's HP+ high-volume oil pump, high-flow camplate, REAPER® conversion camshafts, hydraulic roller lifters, adjustable pushrods, hydraulic tensioners, chains, sprockets, bearings, gaskets, and installation hardware into one complete package.
Feuling's conversion camshafts use the 1999-2006 inner cam journal configuration with the later-style outer cam journals, allowing the earlier Twin Cam engine to utilize the updated camplate, oil pump, hydraulic chain tensioners, and chain-drive system. Choose from 525, 543, or 574 REAPER® cam profiles to match your engine combination and desired power delivery.
