This is the stock Pan America gearing setup and is also the gearing offered with our RH975 Chain Drive Conversion Kit. It provides the most balanced feel for general riding, with smooth power delivery, lower cruising RPM compared to the larger rear sprocket options, and a more relaxed ride at higher speeds.

Daily riding, adventure touring, highway use, and riders who want a factory-style gear ratio.

19T Front / 52T Rear — Performance Street Setup
The 52T rear sprocket increases the final drive ratio from 2.53 to 2.74, giving the bike approximately 8.3% more torque multiplication compared to the 48T rear sprocket. This creates stronger acceleration, improved throttle response, and a more responsive feel without becoming overly aggressive.

Best for:
Riders who want more pull off the bottom, better acceleration, and a sportier feel while still keeping the bike manageable for mixed riding.

19T Front / 54T Rear — Aggressive Torque Setup
The 54T rear sprocket increases the final drive ratio from 2.53 to 2.84, giving the bike approximately 12.5% more torque multiplication compared to the 48T rear sprocket. This is the most aggressive gearing option and will deliver the strongest low-end pull and quickest acceleration feel.

Because this setup shortens the gearing the most, cruising RPM will be higher compared to the 48T or 52T options.
