If your cancellation request is received within the 24-hour window, we will process a full refund to the original payment method.

Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your cancellation request.

If an order cancellation is determined to be eligible outside of the 24-hour window, a 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund.

Orders that include personalized or custom-made items, items we do not manufacture, digital downloads, or perishable goods may be excluded from the cancellation policy.

There are no cancellation fees if you cancel within the specified 24-hour window. However, if an order is canceled after this period or if the item is already in the shipping process, cancellation may not be possible and a 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. The customer will also be responsible for any shipping charges.
