This complete replacement slide assembly is designed to replace OEM Harley-Davidson Part# 27585-88 and is a practical service replacement when the original diaphragm becomes pinched, torn, or damaged.

Replacement may also be appropriate when the vacuum port hole has previously been enlarged to 1/8" or larger, which can contribute to drivability issues. Designed specifically for Harley-Davidson CV40 carburetors used on select Big Twin and Sportster models.
